Data controller
Data collected on this site is processed by Studio Daya,Elisa Degezelle, whose business is established at5 rue Claude et Simone Millot, 44300 Nantes, France.
For any question about your data: elisa@studiodaya.fr.
What data is collected
This site collects nothing without your knowledge. The only collection happens when you choose to fill in the contact form.
Data you provide
- Required: last name, first name, email address, telephone, type of need and message.
- Optional: company name, sector, website and estimated budget.
Please do not include sensitive information in the free-text field (health, opinions, data about third parties): none of it is expected or needed to answer your enquiry.
Technical data
- Like any website, the server records visitors' IP address and browser type in its logs. These logs serve security and operational purposes only, and are purged automatically by the host.
- When the form is submitted, an anti-robot check measures the time elapsed since the page was displayed. That measurement is neither stored nor used for anything else.
- To prevent abusive submissions, the server keeps a count of form submissions. Your IP address is not stored in clear: it is replaced by a fingerprint computed with a salt (hashing), together with the time of your submissions. This counter serves no other purpose and is deleted automatically about an hour after your last submission.
Why this data is collected
Solely to read your enquiry and answer it, then discuss a possible project with you.
Legal basis: steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (article 6.1.b GDPR). Without the required fields, answering you is not possible.
Your data is not used for marketing, is never sold, rented or passed on to third parties, and is subject to no automated decision-making or profiling.
Who has access
- Studio Daya, sole recipient of enquiries. The form sends an email:no database is created on this site, enquiries live only in the recipient's mailbox.
- o2switch, host of both the site and the mailbox, acting as a processor. Its servers are located in France.
No data is transferred outside the European Union.
How long it is kept
Contact enquiries are kept for 3 years from the last exchange, then deleted. Should an enquiry lead to working together, the data required for the client file and for accounting obligations is kept for the applicable statutory periods.
Cookies and analytics
This site sets no cookie and uses neither advertising trackers nor any analytics tool. There is therefore no consent to collect: the message shown at the bottom of the page asks you nothing, it simply describes that state.
The contact form is protected against automated submissions entirely from the server: it opens no session and stores nothing in your browser.
One single piece of information is kept in your browser, in its local storage rather than in a cookie: the fact that you closed the information message about cookies, so that it is not shown again on every page. It never leaves your device and is never sent to the site. You can bring the message back at any time with the "About cookies" control at the bottom of every page.
Typefaces are hosted on the site itself: displaying them triggers no request to any third-party service.
Security
The site is served exclusively over HTTPS: what you type is encrypted in transit. The form is protected against automated submissions and the data sent is revalidated server-side.
Your rights
Under the GDPR and the French Data Protection Act, you have the following rights:
- Access: obtain a copy of the data concerning you.
- Rectification: have inaccurate information corrected.
- Erasure: request the deletion of your data.
- Restriction: request that processing be temporarily frozen.
- Objection: object to processing on grounds relating to your situation.
- Portability: receive your data in a reusable format.
To exercise these rights, write to elisa@studiodaya.fr. You will receive an answer within one month. Proof of identity may be requested in the event of reasonable doubt.
If, after contacting us, you consider that your rights are not being respected, you may lodge a complaint with the CNIL (3 place de Fontenoy, TSA 80715, 75334 Paris Cedex 07):www.cnil.fr.
